Home Care

Serving the San Francisco Bay Area, Home Sweet Home Senior Care offers the option of home care services when an individual is not ready to make the transition to one of our communities.  We place homemakers, companions, and nurses' aides.

Specially designed to meet one's needs, all time schedules can be accommodated and catered to. All homecare staffs have background checks completed through the Department of Justice and are trained through our communities prior to homecare placement.

Day Care

Home Sweet Home Senior Care provides a warm, comfortable and friendly environment for seniors to socialize and participate in activities with their own peer group.

Our highly qualified and trained staff provides supervised activities, assistance with personal care and incontinence, and medication handling.  Spending the day with us includes being a part of the scheduled activities, morning and afternoon snacks, gourmet lunch, and refreshments throughout the day.

Individuals are invited to join us between 8 AM - 5PM, however interested parties may inquire about alternate time frames.  Transportation arrangements within a ten (10) mile radius of our communities may be made.

Respite Care

Should an individual have a need for a short-term stay, Home Sweet Home Senior Care provides the option for daily or weekly stays at an adjusted rate. 

Hospice Care

Providing comfort care for the terminally ill.  Our care staff works in conjunction with the individual's hospice agency.
