Assisted Living

Located in Colma, CA, the assisted living community of Home Sweet Home Senior Care is an alternative environment, providing a higher level of care than you would find at other assisted living facilities or board and care homes.

We provide licensed nurses on all shifts who head our caregiving team.  Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility support, and medication management are given the utmost attention.  Residents are served three enticing meals and snacks--physician modified diets as prescribed are addressed.  Arrangement and escorted transportation to scheduled medical appointments are also tended to.

Family and close friends are a key factor to each resident's well being and as a care community we encourage and provide active interaction.  Daily activities are complimented by birthday celebrations and many holiday celebrations.

Accommodations include semi-private or private rooms with a half bath.  Daily linen service, personal laundry, and housekeeping attention are seen to. Local telephone and cable are provided in any accommodation preference.
